WE

◾ We is me
We is you
We are an entity that transcend religion
We are the living, that their loyalty exceeds their national bond
...
...

◾ We are the people
We are Nigerians
We are the government
We are are the oppressed, yet
We are the oppressors
.....

....

◾They try to use us accomplished their goal
And still imprisoned us for that
Their promises are still ringing in my ears
With no one to hold account of it

.....
....

◾They said they were the superior
But we are the most superior
Cause we voted them there
So be wise and vote wisely
And forget unfulfill promise

......
.....

◾ They try to break our spirits
They try to make us to lose,
Force us into a demented system
With no right to choose
But We conquer
Yes We prosper
Freed ourself from the shackles of societal etiquette
Cause We are Kings
This we decree
they make the rules yet
break the rules by themselves

Tomorrow is beyond our control.   Tomorrow's sun will rise either in splendor   or behind a mask of clouds - but it will rise, and until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet un...

BEHIND THE MASK

BEHIND THE MASK Hiding the hurt, hiding the pain  Hiding the tears that fall like rain.  Saying I'm fine, when I'm not So I wore a mask that always smiled,  To hide my feelings behind a lie. sometimes is good to be undefined than defined  sometimes is good to be unknown than known  leaving the world in doubt about you, So I wore a mask that always smiled, To hide myself behind a lie I feel that everybody is better than me  And that I can't do anything right.  This is how I've felt my whole dang life So I wore a mask that always smiled, To hide myself behind a lie
